This sixty minute virtual seminar explores the challenges faced by individuals or small groups doing UX inside organizations, and provides practical tools for working more creatively, efficiently, and collaboratively.

Who is this seminar for?

Being the person who speaks for the user in an organization can be incredibly rewarding. It can also be frustrating. The clear and easy path to a compelling user experience can be blocked by internal challenges great and small, and our stock tools -- wireframes, sitemaps, personas -- aren't always effective at doing the hard work of building support and elevating the profile of user experience.
